Refund policy
Change of mind
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all parts included.
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
- You pay the return postage. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Change-of-mind returns aren't available for sale or clearance items, or for gift cards.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time. Include your order number and a photo or short description of the problem.
- We cover all return costs. Depending on the problem, we may send a prepaid return label or ask for photos first.
- You can choose a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping cost.
- This applies to sale items too.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to start a return
Email support@axyon.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.
Please use a tracked postage service. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll email you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't seen your refund 10 business days after our confirmation, contact support@axyon.com.au.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
