AXYON® Garmin Magnetic Nylon Band — QuickFit 22mm & 26mm
Stretch it over your hand, let the clasp snap shut, done. Nothing to thread, nothing to press, nothing to pick lint out of. Woven elastic nylon with a fold-over magnetic clasp, in 22mm and 26mm, so it fits the small Fenix and the big one.
Why this one
- It stretches on. The weave gives, so the band slides over your hand without opening anything. Most nylon bands make you thread a keeper or line up a strip of velcro every single time.
- Magnetic fold-over clasp. Closes flat against the wrist, opens one-handed, and does not get weaker or noisier the way a hook-and-loop closure does after a year of gym sessions.
- Both QuickFit widths. 22mm for the fēnix 7 and 8 47mm; 26mm for the fēnix 7X, 6X, 8 51mm, tactix and Enduro. Pick your size at the top of this page.
- Woven nylon with a contrast sewing line. Breathable, light, and it does not hold heat against the wrist the way rubber does on a long day.
- Three colourways. Army Green and Midnight Blue carry the orange sewing line. Stealth Black replaces it with black — same band, nothing shouting.

What it does not fit
QuickFit comes in three widths. This band is made in 22mm and 26mm — there is no 20mm version here.
QuickFit 20 watches need a 20mm band: fēnix 8 43mm, fēnix 7S, 7S Pro, 7S Solar, 7S Sapphire Solar, fēnix 6S, 6S Pro, fēnix 5S, 5S Plus, Instinct 2S.
Some Garmins do not use QuickFit at all. The Venu, Vivoactive, Lily and Vivomove ranges, and the Forerunner 55, 165, 245, 255, 265, 570 and 970, use ordinary spring-bar straps. If your strap comes off with a small lever on a thin metal bar rather than a wide latching plate, you need a spring-bar band, not this one.

The AXYON Garmin band range
Every AXYON Garmin band uses the same QuickFit mount, so they swap over in seconds and the watch changes with the day. Pick the closure that suits the occasion — a magnet when you want speed, a buckle when you want a mechanical lock.
- Magnetic Elastic Nylon — this one. Stretches on. 22mm and 26mm.
- Magnetic Silicone — fastest on and off, for training.
- Marine Silicone — alloy buckle, for water. 22mm and 26mm.

Fitting it
- Turn the watch over and release the existing QuickFit strap using the small lever on the underside of the connector.
- Slide the new band’s connector into the lug until it clicks.
- Repeat on the other side, then tug gently on both halves to check they are seated.
- Close the clasp, then stretch the band over your hand. Adjust the clasp position once and it stays set.
Looking after it
Rinse with fresh water after saltwater or heavy sweat and let it dry fully before wearing — woven nylon holds water longer than rubber does. Machine washing is not recommended. If you swim regularly, a silicone band is the better tool for pool days.
Questions we get asked
22mm or 26mm — which do I need?
Check the two lists above. As a rule of thumb, the standard-size fēnix takes 22mm and the X models — 7X, 6X, 5X, and the fēnix 8 51mm — take 26mm, along with tactix and Enduro.
Do I really not have to open it to put it on?
Correct. Set the clasp once for your wrist and the weave stretches enough to go over your hand from then on.
Does the magnet affect the watch?
No. Garmin watches use GPS and optical sensors, neither of which is affected by a closure magnet.
What is the difference between Stealth Black and the others?
Army Green and Midnight Blue have an orange sewing line running the length of the band. Stealth Black has the same line in black, so the band reads as plain from a distance.
Do I need a tool to fit it?
No. QuickFit is tool-free — the lever on the connector does everything.
Can I swim in it?
It will survive getting wet, but nylon takes a while to dry against the skin. For regular swimming and boat days, the Marine Silicone Band is the right tool — perforated silicone on an alloy buckle, in the same two widths.
